INTERMEDIATE CLIMBING CLASS

Classes Start First Week of Term 4
Wednesdays 4.00-5.00
Thursdays 4.00-5.00 COACH: Dane
10 – 16yrs
Course details:
Your child will be introduced to more advanced climbing movements & drills which helps them solve the problem presented to them on the wall. Dane also incorporates awareness & focus training to enhance not only the activity of climbing, but also tasks we do in everyday life.
Course will run every Wednesday at 4pm-5pm Or
Thursday at 4.00pm to 5.00pm
starting the first week of each term. After the one-hour instruction children are able to carry on practicing their skills with parents for as long as they like.

BEGINNERS CLIMBING CLASS
Term 4 10 WEEKS
FRIDAYS 4pm-5pm COACH: Flossie and Lucia
6-8yrs
Course details:
Your child will be introduced to basic climbing technique and safety with an emphasis on fun.
Students will learn how to climb on the walls with ropes as well as boulder.
Course will run every Friday from 4pm-5pm starting the first week of each term.
After the one-hour instruction children are able to carry on practicing their skills with parents for as long as they like.
Requirements:
Parents will be needed to belay in the class if children are top roping.

Advance School of Rock
Mondays 4.30pm-6pm or Wednesday 4.30-6pm
12 – 18yrs
Course details:
Lead, Bouldering
Course will run every Monday 4.30pm-6pm
Wednesday 4.30pm-6pm starting the first week of each term. After the class Students are able to carry on practicing their skills with parents or class mates for as long as they like.
Requirements:
Must have a regular climbing practice to start attending. ie coming in at least twice a week.
Must be able to demonstrate to comfortably climb a grade 17 at our gym.
Over the Age of 12 and can Lead Climb and Belay
Must have own lead climbing harness and belay device.
Must be a member of the RCC for use of equipment.

Cost: $175 per Term for 8 WEEKS ($17.50 PER LESSON) or $10 if Member of the Wall
